Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I apply? - To apply for this program, the applicant/household will need to fill out the Diaper Bank application at Soup or Socks. We will also need income verification for everyone over 18. 
 
- Who is eligible? - Households with individuals who needs can benefit from a supplemental supply of diapers and/or incontinence products and who also meet the income qualifications. 
 
- Is there availability for adult needs as well? - Yes! Our Diaper Bank program also includes needs for older individuals as well. The pantry also has a supply of incontinence supplies for older kids, teens, and adults. We carry bladder pads and disposable underwear. 
 
- What will I receive? - Depending on the needs and ages of the child(ren), you may be eligible to receive diapers and/or pull-ups and wipes. You may inquire about baby powder and cream as well. These items may be available, but are not guaranteed. 
- We also carry adult Depends/bladder pads as well. 
 
- How often can I receive these items? - The items can be requested ONCE A MONTH with at least 30 days between visits. Please call ahead of time (715-387-1796) to confirm that the pantry has the items you need. 
 
- Do I have to pay for this service? - No! This service is completely free to families/households that meet the income and location qualifications. 
 
- How can I donate? - Items can be dropped off at Soup or Socks during our working hours. You may also contact us to schedule a different drop-off time if these hours do not work for you. Monetary donations are also accepted. Please specify your donation to go to the Diaper Bank program.
